Ryan Kaplan has recently accepted a new leadership role with Virtus Law as an originating attorney and focuses his practice on business law and estate planning. Ryan earned his law degree at William Mitchell College of Law while employed full-time with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office and is currently the Chair and President of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
