Virtus successfully protects client’s property rights and equity twelve hours after client learns of another competing interest in the property. On very short notice, Nathan Nelson, Steven Rose, and Victoria Lewis combined forces to work around the clock to obtain an emergency temporary restraining order to prevent a junior creditor from redeeming the client’s property through what is believed to be an invalid mechanic’s lien.
