An important MN Supreme Court decision involving the rights of landowner to pursues compensation for agreed upon conditions for a plat was released on July 27. Virtus Law represented the prevailing landowner. The Court reversed the lower court’s unpublished holding requiring pursuit of all constitutional claims from quasi-judicial decisions of the local unit of government within 60 days. Our team was led by Nathan Nelson, who also presented the oral arguments, with support from Thomas M. Fafinski, Steven Rose and Lesley Adam and the Institute for Justice.
