Minnesota Governor Walz recently issued an executive order extending most Stay at Home and reopening restrictions for several more weeks. Among the new guidance, however, was a requirement that Critical Sector Businesses create Preparedness Plans by June 29, 2020. In the past, Preparedness Plans had only been required for non-critical sector businesses. Each Critical Sector business’s plan must include any industry specific guidance issued by the State of Minnesota on or before June 15, 2020 in addition to any general business guidance issued.
